Red Neck fleur de lis

Copper Gardens deep copper Bowl forming

Planishing deep copper bowls. Thirty two inch bowl with 10 inch drop out of 48 ounce copper. Formed in plywood buck with a Bosch Jackhammer and now planished on TM Tech hammer.

Artist Hector Valencia melds natural forces of the sun and wind with art to create these dynamic sculptures. The movement of the blades create dancing shadows and glimmering sparkles of light. Painstakingly designed to move in the slightest breeze yet able to withstand rigorous conditions. These majestic pieces in concert with the environment make a breathtaking statement in any setting.
