Here is a sample of what I like to make when time and material is available. I call it Junk Metal Yard Art. Thought to show the idea of those who are crafty on what they like to make. You could sell the items you make and sell on Ebay or Craigs list as well and profit from what you like to produce. The items I make are metal sculptures from discarded junk metals I find or get real cheap at yard sales. I have sold some items in the past for descent prices. Just thought to share if you have a crafty idea or into making art projects. www.junktiques4u.com Thanks for looking!.

www.mylittlehomestead.com “Moving from the City to the Country” Recycling Metal Part 2 Metal Art using Recycled Corrugated Metal Sheets Here’s an idea for designing, making artwork using recycled corrugated metal sheets. The artwork helps to cover the blemishes on the recycled metal fence and helps increase the strength of the fencing material. The security gate is also decorated with metal cut out designs. These designs are added the courtyard fencing and gate to create a welcoming entrance. The free standing flower sculpture is placed in the garden area and the small freestanding sculptures are in the whiskey barrel flowerpot. Metal Art – Reflection Pool.mov

Here’s the stainless steel reflection pool in its new home. The video captures some hammering from construction that is going on next door, but otherwise than that it “captures the setting” of its new home. For your “soothing enjoyment” here’s a short video of the reflection pool in my back yard. For more information visit: www.MetalArtForms.com or visit us on Facebook: www.facebook.com

This is a video that my wife took of me using my “wood processing machine” that I modified to form the edges of the stainless steel reflection pool. Where the blade and the ram are normally, I made dies that bend the stainless to the right depth and diameter. To see more visit: www.facebook.com

To Purchase His Artwork Call Mirador Gallery (505) 995-1977 Color, humor, texture, and my quixotic attempt at understanding the frantic, self important culture I find myself in are the components of my art. Working in a wide variety of media including assemblage, painting, sculpture, film, music and installation, my pieces are explorations of materials, techniques and the inherent ironies of life. I collect and reconstruct the discarded refuse of our throwaway society, abstracting familiar objects into an often expansive scale. These once “needed” or “desired” objects, now cast away, send me on a journey of memory, nostalgia, or visceral reactions which lead me to a dreamscape that I hope others can connect to. For me each piece speaks to a spontaneous and unique experience. – Esteban Bojorquez
