We live on ten acres of deep woods, and in the fall We're knee-deep in...leaves! it's heavy on the maple and Oaks around here and you wouldn't believe how many variations there are just on Oaks and maple each one is a tiny work of art unto itself. This is the second in what will be a series of nature-oriented paintings. It is rich in iridescent patinas and it is highly detailed. I hope you enjoy it
Here we have an abstract interpretation of the moment...right after the big bang. Everything is exploding, spewing out shards of energy and molten mass, while at the center of the whole thing is a Giant power source, a mega sun. Well...the astronomers may take us to task, but it's a good-looking fountain and the energy is off-the-scale.
I have to confess, having watched discovery and star Trek and a host of other star-based shows, I have a tremendous attraction to our last best unpolluted frontier. For me creation says it all. It's the big bang. It's the beginning. It's beautiful
